• Clean you bottle every day with lukewarm soapy water and rinse well.
• Natural oxidation can create tints of brown, black or green. this is safe & normal and is proof that its made from real copper.
• For removing discoloration & for shine, cut a lemon in half, then sprinkle salt onto the cut surface.
Rub the salted lemon all over your copper surface to remove any dirt, grime or debris. Can be done once a week.
• If the outer surface is enamel coated, use a soft cloth or sponge to clean and do not scrub.
• Only store room temperature or cold water (No warm or hot water)
• Do not use for alkaline water and acidic liquids.

We deliver our products all over UAE. Shipping is done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE will take between 1 to 2 working days. If your address is outside the city limits, delivery will take upto 3 working days.

Returns Eligibility

Customers may return unused products within 7 days of purchase with the receipt. We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund to your original payment mode or credit card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
