Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns Eligibility

Customers may return unused products within 15 days of purchase with the original receipt and with the original labels and packaging. We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund to your original payment mode or credit card. Shipping and handling fees if any will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of AED 30 if the product is not damaged.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and details about the items you wish to return. Additionally you can fill out the contact form with the order and item details as well. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.

Return pickup will be arranged within 2 to 3 working days from your given address and a pickup service charge of AED 30 will be applicable depending upon the reason for return.

What if I Receive an Item with Manufacturing Defect?

If you have a complaint about your product or if it has any defect, damaged or missing parts, you may WhatsApp or email our customer service team and we will resolve it for you.

All our product goes through quality check which is recorded. We take utmost care while shipping. Even after this, If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect by our product experts and technical team, we will repair it or issue a replacement. If the item has a missing part, we will provide the missing part.

If you decide not to have a replacement, and the return request was received within 15 days from the date of delivery, we will issue the refund to your original payment mode or credit card within 7 working days.

Please attach a photo of the defect when placing the return order and email it to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of AED 30 if the product is not damaged.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, we will refund the amount back to you either to your credit card or as a store credit in form of discount code.


Please note that certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for returns or refunds. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated on the product page.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund, including any associated shipping costs.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy will apply.
