Delivery within the UAE
We deliver our products all over UAE. Shipping is done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE will take between 1 to 2 working days. If your address is outside the city limits, delivery may take upto 5 working days.

Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
International Delivery
We provide International shipping via Fedex.
Return and Refunds for International Shipping
We do not offer returns and refunds for any shipping outside UAE.
Refunds and and exchanges are provided only if
- The products arrived damaged during shipping.
- You received the wrong items.Return and Refund Eligibility:
- To be eligible for return or exchange, kindly take a picture of defective items or incorrect item and share over whatapp or email within 48 hours (2 days) so that we can process the refund.

Transit time: 4 to 7 days
Shipping cost will depend on weight and volume and the destination country you select.
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Duty and taxes are included in the final price
