A. Copper vessels have been used for centuries in Ayurveda. Store water for 6–8 hours or overnight before drinking. If you have any medical concerns, consult your healthcare professional.

Q. How do I clean my copper bottle?

A. For copper bottles use lemon and salt. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry after cleaning. Kindly go through the Copper care instructions provided with the product.

A. No. Copper products should be hand-washed only to preserve their finish and longevity.

Q. Can I store hot water in a copper bottle?

A. Copper vessels are primarily designed for drinking water. We recommend using them for room-temperature water only.

Q. Can I store juices, tea, coffee, or carbonated drinks?

A. No. Acidic beverages such as lemon water, juice, soda, tea, coffee, and milk etc. should not be stored in copper vessels as they can react with the metal.

A. Due to hygiene reasons and the natural behaviour of copper, used copper products are not eligible for return or refund.
